![]() ![]() but the brake pedal get hard and if I push it real hard it makes that popping sound then all is good or it may do it right away again. ![]() It just does it when it wants to and other times it fine. ![]() This is hard to explain so bare with me, my brake pedal would get real hard sometimes and other time it work great, put when it got real hard and on wet roads the right brake would lock up and slide, if I pushed it real hard the pedal would pop and everything was back to normal again till it did it again sometimes weeks or maybe right away, so I converted the front brake to the tundra conversion, and now it still doing same thing, so I put on a master cylinder and booster and it is still doing the same thing. That's why you got the replies that you did, there is no adjustment to the master cylinder, only the booster has a rod length adjustment and they never come with the yoke bracket, you have to swap those out after carefully measuring the space from the old booster before removing it and installing it in the same position on the new booster. ![]() Mechanicjon provided you the adjustment info you need but now that that issue is resolved, what was your original problem with the truck to begin with? Lemme guess, the guy at parts place said you needed to replace both of them? those idiots that work there no very little if anything about cars and what they do know, they googled that info.Īt this point without even knowing the details you haven't provided, im thinking you may not have even solved the actual problem, but just started changing parts at random based on bad advice from the parts place.
